A regular guest of some of the world’s most prestigious concert halls, such as Vienna Musikverein, Amsterdam Concertgebouw, Tokyo Suntory Hall, Philharmonie de Paris, Zürich Tonhalle or Sydney Opera House, pianist Marie-Ange Nguci has firmly positioned herself as one of today’s leading young soloists, captivating audiences with the architectural approach and visionary power of her interpretations, as well as the stunning pianism and gripping storytelling of her performances.
This season marks her nomination as Artist in Residence with Radio France, appearing along Philharmonique de Radio France and Orchestre National de France with conductors such as Cristian Măcelaru and Simone Young, as well as presenting recitals and chamber music programs throughout the year. Other highlights include debuts with Oslo Philharmonic, Czech Philharmonic, Gothenburg Symphony Orchestra, Estonian Symphony Orchestra or Netherlands Radio Philharmonic.

Throughout the past years, she has offered on stage an extensive repertoire, performing with leading orchestras such as NHK Symphony Orchestra, Rotterdam Philharmonic Orchestra, Konzerthausorchester Berlin, Royal Stockholm Philharmonic, Orchestre Symphonique de Montréal, Orchestre de Paris, Orchestre de chamber de Paris, BBC Symphony Orchestra, Orchestra Sinfonica Nazionale della RAI, Sydney Symphony Orchestra or St. Louis Symphony Orchestra, working with conductors such as Paavo Järvi, Fabio Luisi, Stéphane Denève, Alan Gilbert, Mirga Gražinytė-Tyla, John Storgårds, Marc Albrecht, Dalia Stasevska and Marie Jacquot. She has also been named artist-in-residence with the Basel Symphony Orchestra for the 2023-2024 season, and collaborated as Associate Artist with the Filarmonica Arturo Toscanini in Parma.
After a debut unanimously acclaimed by the press at the prestigious Festival de la Roque d’Anthéron, she has been increasingly seen conducting or leading from the piano – a collaborative approach and concert format that remains close to her heart and artistic personality.
